Seller Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 April 2025

These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the seller services offered by Glytra Traders Private Limited on our fashion marketplace platform. By registering as a seller and listing your products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To become a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • Have a valid Indian business registration (GSTIN mandatory).
  • Deal only in fashion-related products such as clothing, footwear, accessories, and related items.

2. Product Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for creating accurate and honest product listings.
  • Only fashion products (e.g., apparel, jewelry, bags, shoes, etc.) are permitted. Non-fashion or restricted items will be removed without notice.
  • Images must be clear, professional, and free from misleading graphics or text.
  • Sellers must not list counterfeit, used, damaged, or prohibited items.

3. Inventory and Pricing

  • Sellers must ensure that the listed products are in stock and available for prompt dispatch.
  • Prices must be competitive and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • Inflated MRP or fake discounting is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders must be processed and shipped within 2 working days of order receipt.
  • Sellers must use only approved courier services unless permitted otherwise.
  • Tracking details must be uploaded promptly to ensure transparency with buyers.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Our platform follows a 7-day return policy for most fashion items.
  • If a product is returned due to quality issues or mismatch, the seller is liable for the return shipping and refund.
  • Refunds to customers will be deducted from the seller’s payout in the applicable cycle.

6. Commission and Fees

  • Sellers will be charged a fixed commission per sale, which will be communicated during onboarding.
  • Applicable GST and payment gateway fees will also apply.
  • Fee structures are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a seller account for any of the following:

  • Repeated order cancellations or delays
  • Sale of non-fashion, fake, or counterfeit products
  • Customer complaints or low seller rating
  • Misuse of the platform or fraud

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers must not infringe upon any trademarks, copyrights, or design rights. Using brand names or logos without authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Compliance

Sellers are responsible for complying with all relevant laws, including:

  • GST regulations
  • E-commerce rules under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • Any local or national regulations pertaining to online fashion retail

10. Limitation of Liability

Glytra Traders Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the seller account after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
