Seller Registration Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025

This Seller Registration Policy outlines the process, requirements, and responsibilities for sellers wishing to join the fashion marketplace operated by Glytra Traders Private Limited. By completing the registration process, sellers agree to comply with this policy and all related marketplace terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Business Type: You must be a legally registered entity (individual proprietor, partnership, LLC, private limited, etc.) with the necessary legal permissions to sell fashion products in India.
  • Valid Documents: All required documentation, including business licenses, GST registration, and identity verification, must be submitted and approved.
  • Product Compliance: You must sell only fashion-related items (e.g., clothing, accessories, footwear, etc.) that meet marketplace standards and do not infringe on intellectual property rights.

2. Registration Process

The seller registration process involves the following steps:

  • Step 1: Complete the online registration form available on the platform.
  • Step 2: Submit required documentation for verification (as outlined in the Seller Documentation Policy).
  • Step 3: Review and accept the Seller Terms and Conditions and other platform policies.
  • Step 4: Once your documents are verified and approved, your seller account will be activated.
  • Step 5: After account activation, you can begin listing products, manage orders, and track payments.

3. Required Information

To complete your registration, you must provide the following:

  • Business Name (for registered businesses)
  • GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number)
  • PAN Card (for individuals and companies)
  • Bank Account Details (for payment processing)
  • Business Address (for billing and shipping purposes)
  • Product Categories (specify the type of fashion products you intend to sell)
  • Contact Information (email, phone number, etc.)

4. Account Approval

  • After submitting the necessary information and documentation, our compliance team will verify your registration details. This may take 2–3 business days.
  • If all documents are valid and complete, your account will be activated, and you will receive a confirmation email with login details.
  • In case of incomplete or invalid documents, you will be notified to re-submit the required information.

5. Account Types

There are two types of seller accounts:

  • Individual Sellers: For sole proprietors or freelancers who wish to sell products.
  • Business Sellers: For registered companies, brands, or manufacturers who want to sell fashion products in bulk or as a business.

6. Seller Obligations

By registering as a seller, you agree to:

  • Accurate Product Listings: Provide honest and clear product descriptions, prices, and images.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ship orders within the stipulated time frame (usually 2 business days).
  • Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, platform policies, and industry standards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions and resolve complaints promptly.

7. Changes to Registration Information

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their registration details remain up to date. Any changes to business address, contact information, bank account, or tax details must be updated in the seller dashboard within 7 days.

8. Suspension or Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for the following reasons:

  • Providing false or incomplete registration details
  • Violating platform policies or terms
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Repeated poor seller performance (e.g., high return rates, customer complaints)
  • Failure to update required documents or information

9. Amendments to the Policy

Glytra Traders Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Seller Registration Policy. Sellers will be notified of changes via email or dashboard notification.
