Seller Payment Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
1. Overview
This Seller Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing how and when sellers on our platform receive payments for products sold. By registering as a seller on our fashion marketplace, you agree to abide by this policy.
2. Payment Schedule
- Payments are processed on a weekly basis, every Monday, for all eligible orders completed (delivered and past return window) in the previous week.
- The return window is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Payments are disbursed only after the return window closes and no return is initiated.
3. Eligibility for Payment
To be eligible for payment, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be successfully delivered and not returned or disputed within the return period.
- Your seller account must be active, and all necessary documentation must be verified.
- No violations of marketplace terms (fraud, counterfeit items, or customer complaints) must be pending.
4. Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer to the registered account provided during seller registration. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that the bank details are accurate and up to date.
5. Deductions
The following may be deducted from your payout:
- Platform commission (as per your seller agreement)
- GST or other applicable taxes
- Any penalties for policy violations or order issues
- Shipping fees (if borne by the seller)
- Refunds processed to customers
6. Payment Disputes
In case of a payment-related dispute, sellers may contact us at the provided email address with detailed order and bank information. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled payout.
7. Suspension or Withholding of Payments
We reserve the right to withhold or delay payments in the following cases:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unresolved customer complaints
- Disputes over order delivery or quality
- Non-compliance with Seller Terms and Conditions
8. Amendments
Glytra Traders Private Limited reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
