At Glytra Traders Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have a clear and easy returns and warranty process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- Return Period: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached. The packaging should be intact and in resellable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Send an email to glytratraders@gmail.com or call 9211233827 with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for returns.
- Shipping the Return: Return the item to the provided return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- In case of partial returns, the refund will be issued based on the returned item(s) and the applicable amount.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above, and we will guide you through the exchange process. You may be required to place a new order if the exchange item is not available.
5. Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty on certain products sold through our platform. The details of the warranty will be provided on the product page or communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. Our warranty generally covers:
- Manufacturer defects.
- Faulty stitching, zipper malfunctions, or damaged hardware in apparel or accessories.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by improper use or alterations made by the customer.
- Products damaged due to accidents or misuse.
6. How to Claim Warranty
If you experience an issue with a product covered under warranty:

- Return Authorization for Warranty Claim: If the product qualifies for warranty, we will issue a Return Authorization.
- Inspection: After receiving the product, our team will inspect it to determine whether it qualifies for a repair, replacement, or refund under the warranty.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Warranty Products
The following items are not covered by our returns or warranty policies:
- Sale or clearance items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or custom-made items: These cannot be returned unless defective.
8. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Returns and Warranty Policy. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or notifications on the website.
