Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Glytra Traders Private Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. In case you need to cancel your order or request a refund, this policy outlines the process for how we handle cancellations and refunds.


1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so under the following conditions:

a. Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at glytratraders@gmail.com or call 9211233827 as soon as possible.

b. After Shipment

  • If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once you receive the product, as per our Returns and Warranty Policy.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a refund in certain cases, based on the circumstances of the order:

a. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund once the product is returned and inspected.
  • Incorrect Product: If we send you the wrong item, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned item.
  • Order Canceled Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Return of Product Within 7 Days: As per our Returns and Warranty Policy, if you return an item within 7 days and it meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed.

b. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Products that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product or cancellation request.
  • Partial Refunds: In case of partial returns (for multiple item orders), the refund will be issued for the returned items only.

a. Delayed Refunds

4. Cancellation of Subscription Orders

If you have signed up for a subscription-based product or service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your next renewal payment will not be processed.
  • Any payments made for the current billing period will not be refunded unless the products are defective or incorrect.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback (dispute of a payment) through your bank or credit card company:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • However, initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in the automatic suspension of your account and possible legal action for recovery of the disputed funds.

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or posted on our website.
